Here are some photos from our earlier HO Scale layout.

The Britannia Creek Railway Station

Here we see a HO Scale figure exiting the station. Painting these figures was one of the reasons for moving to the larger scale for the current layout.

A couple of Victorian Railways diesels of various types.

The Class B on the left in the picture above has been heavily modified from the original Lima model. In fact all that remains is the shell, which has been re-sprayed to VR Blue/Gold livery, improved glazing has been added, some brass fittings and most significantly an Atlas SD35 chassis and motor have been fitted. These modifications are detailed here.

We are now working on an On30 layout.
